The Remote Database Administration and Premium Support Services for DB2 and DB2 UDB for Linux, UNIX, and Windows is designed to provide your organization with to provide Remote Database Administration Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and on call Premium Support Services for DB2 24 hours a day seven days a week (24x7).
